Introducing the Content Partner Portal: provider approvals, revenue sharing and shared analytics

31.07.2026 - Content Partner Portal

We've launched the Content Partner Portal. It turns the platform from a service you publish to into a partner portal you can run: third-party providers can be verified, their content and pricing approved, their revenue share configured, and both sides of the relationship can see how the content is performing.

Provider approval and content moderation

Administrators can now approve providers before they're allowed to distribute, and review content and pricing before it goes live. Only verified partners reach your audience, and nothing appears in the catalog - at any price - without passing your review first. Partner portal quality stops depending on trust and starts depending on a gate.

Revenue sharing

You can now configure a revenue share per provider, so payouts are calculated from the platform's own transaction data rather than assembled by hand at the end of the month. Different partners can carry different terms, and the calculation follows automatically.

Plan management for providers

Providers can now configure their own pricing and subscription plans, so viewers can subscribe directly to their content. Partners monetize on terms they control, within the rules you set.

Partner views in the Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard now gives administrators a centralized view across users, content, providers, subscriptions, and financial performance. Providers get their own view of it - subscriber numbers and audience demographics for their content. Both sides are looking at the same source of truth, which is what keeps a partner conversation about the numbers rather than about whose numbers are right.

Device restrictions

You can now set how many devices an account may use. Casual password sharing stops quietly eroding your subscriber base, and you decide where the limit sits for each plan rather than accepting a fixed rule.

Taken together, this release adds the machinery a content portal needs: a way in for partners, a way to price and split revenue, and a shared view of what's working. Running a multi-provider catalog no longer means running a spreadsheet alongside it.
