9 Years of inoRain: From IT Outsourcing to OTT and IPTV Solutions

On 30 April 2026, inoRain celebrated nine years of growth, innovation and transformation. What started in 2017 as a small IT outsourcing company in Ararat, Armenia, is today a technology company building its own OTT and IPTV solutions for clients around the world.

Where it started

inoRain was founded in 2017 in Ararat. In its early years, the company worked as an IT outsourcing partner, delivering software for clients and building its expertise through real projects. That hands-on work gave the team a deep understanding of how products are built, launched and maintained, and what clients need from a technology partner.

From outsourcing to our own products

As the team grew, so did the vision. inoRain moved beyond outsourcing and focused on what it does today: developing its own OTT and IPTV solutions. Video streaming became the core of the business, and the company built a platform that helps ISPs, TV providers, media companies and content creators launch and grow their own branded streaming services.

Today, that platform covers the full streaming journey, including white-label apps across web, mobile and TV devices, OTT CMS, video delivery with hybrid CDN and P2P, and monetisation through subscriptions, advertising, pay-per-view, hybrid models and FAST channels. More recently, inoRain has expanded into micro-drama apps for vertical, short-form storytelling

From a small team to a growing tech company, our journey has been driven by one idea: turning innovation into real, scalable solutions. Every product decision comes back to that, whether it is a delivery engine that keeps streams stable during peak traffic or a monetisation model that helps a client earn more from the content they already own.
